I wanted to lay out exactly how returning-client pricing works since it's a little more layered than a flat "regulars get a discount". I'd rather you understand it clearly than have to guess.
The 15% Return Client Discount
If you rebook within 3-4 months of your last visit, that visit qualifies for 15% off.
This is checked visit by visit every time you come back within that window, you get the discount, no separate sign-up needed.
Building Toward Tenure
Every visit you book with me counts toward your visit total, whether or not that particular visit happened to fall inside the 3-4 month window. Life gets busy, schedules slip-- that's normal, and it won't reset your progress. Once you hit your 4th visit, your 5th visit unlocks the next tier.
The Tenure Reward
On your 5th visit and beyond:
- If that visit also falls within the 3-4 month window the tenure reward stacks with the return client discount, which becomes a total of 30% off your 5th visit.
- If it falls outside the window, you still get the 15% tenure reward on its own.
Either way, reaching your 5th visit means you've earned something, and consistency isn't required to get there, just showing up.
