I wanted to take a moment to talk through some changes you'll be seeing across the site-- new rates, updated returning-client structure, and a bit about where things are headed.
Let's start with the obvious one: pricing has gone up.
Like pretty much everyone, I've watched the cost of life climb steadily. The economy has shifted, and pricing that made sense a few years ago just doesn't hold up the same way anymore. I've updated my rates to reflect where things actually stand now, and I've also rebuilt how I reward the clients who show up consistently, because loyalty deserves more than an afterthought.
The bigger news, though, is what's behind all of this...
I'm working toward bringing Hagcraft back full-time.
For a while now, my hands have been split between my passion and a day job in the financial sector, and I'm ready to move away from that and put my full focus back where it's always belonged. That's not an overnight switch, though, so I want to be upfront: scheduling is going to look a little experimental for a while. I'm figuring out what full-time availability actually looks like as I transition out of the corporate life, so bear with me as things settle into a new rhythm.
If you've been with me for years or you're just finding Hagcraft now -- thank you for your patience through the growing pains. This is the start of doing this the right way, full-time, and I'm looking forward to what's next.
